Tracy is a qualified Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience of working within the health and social care sector (statutory, private and independent). She has worked within the fields of adult and elderly mental health, learning disabilities, orthopaedics and stroke rehabilitation, supporting all related associated factors of vulnerability, mobility (adaptations) and communication difficulties. Within her role as an Occupational Therapist, she uses her knowledge of how illness and disability affect the daily structure, routines and independence, and she uses her communication skills to encourage individuals to engage in their rehabilitation.

In 2015, Tracy started working in Case Management as an associate with Stokes Case Management. Offering Occupational Therapy and Case Management services to individuals with a range of severe and complex needs within conditions of ABI, spinal injury and visual impairment. Over the past 4 years, Tracy has built up experience as a Case Manager in coordinating and supporting clinical teams of clients with complex needs. Working closely with families/carers and other agencies to educate on and coordinate complex care packages/support services as required.
