Mr Rashid is an HCPC-registered Audiologist with extensive experience across NHS, private setting. He specialises insourcing services to reduce patient backlogs and enhance access to hearing care across the UK. Skilled in diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fitting, verification including real ear measurements (REM) and patient-centred counselling.

Mr Rashid is highly skilled at working flexibly across fast-paced environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and using evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes. Proficient with a wide range of hearing aid technologies including Phonak, Oticon and GN. Committed to clinical excellence, service improvement and empowering patients through education and support.

Mr Rashid provided NHS services across multiple hospital trusts in the UK including Newcastle, Nottingham, Norwich and Worthing. He has delivered high-impact clinical support aimed at reducing patient backlogs and improving access to timely audiological care. He also conducts a wide range of audiological assessments, including pure tone audiometry, bone conduction testing, tympanometry and REM using state of the art diagnostic equipment and evidence-based protocols to ensure precise results and accurate diagnoses.

Mr Rashid’s clinical expertise included the differential diagnosis of hearing loss and the prescription, fitting and fine-tuning of both NHS and private hearing aids, such as receiver in canal (RICs) and in the ear (ITEs) from manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, and GN.

He has provided personalised, lifestyle-focused consultations to ensure each patient received hearing solutions tailored to their individual needs and preferences. This includes comprehensive patient education on hearing aid use, maintenance and long-term care as well as delivering ongoing support through follow-up appointments, aftercare services and technical troubleshooting.
