What is your turnaround time?

Each Expert is different. Our collective goal is to provide the reports within 12 weeks, although most reports are available between 4 and 6 weeks. Depending on each Expert's caseload, these times may differ.

Which areas of the country do you cover?

We have venues across the UK, including Scotland, North East, North West, Midlands, London, South East, South West, and Wales. You can use our 'Find Expert' tool to search for an Expert via postcode: https://mlas.co.uk/expert-witness-community/

What is your Expert's availability?

Our Experts do not have set availability, as this can often be reliant on venue access, caseloads, court appearances and much more. If you would like to instruct an Expert, please get in touch and our team will arrange their logistics to support your needs.

Which Expert reports on a specific condition?

Within our network there are many specialists. To find an Expert who works with specific conditions or case types, please visit our 'Expert Search' page, or select 'Find Experts' at the top of the page. Within this search, you will have options to choose specialisms from our complete network of Experts.

We need a report urgently, what are our options?

We understand the need to meet deadlines. Speak to our enquiries team using the form at the bottom of the page, or call us on 0114 245 5423 and we will find the right Expert for your needs.

Does our chosen Expert have a conflict of interest?

Our enquiries team are available to assist with conflict of interest checks. please get in touch using the form at the bottom of this page if you have any questions regarding conflict of interest, at any stage of the instruction process.

What are your fees?

Depending on your chosen Expert, their specialisms, and other factors, fees will vary. Please speak to our enquiries team for a quote.
