Dr Salim is an experienced General Dental Practitioner and independent dental-legal expert with over eight years’ experience providing medico-legal opinions. She is Bond Solon trained and has undertaken specialist expert witness training with a Medical and Dental Negligence Barrister.

Dr Salim prepares clear, balanced, and well-reasoned medico-legal reports for both Claimant and Defendant parties, covering breach of duty, causation, condition, and prognosis.

Her practice spans clinical negligence and personal injury matters, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slip and trip claims, and criminal cases involving dental injury. She produces approximately 50 reports per year and is recognised for her thorough analysis and adherence to Civil Procedure Rules.

Alongside her medico-legal work, Dr Salim continues to practise as an Associate General Dentist, ensuring her opinions remain firmly grounded in current clinical standards and everyday dental practice. Dr Salim can provide oral evidence in court when required.
