Dr David Hodgson is a highly qualified expert in emergency medicine and is regularly instructed on behalf of both Defendants and Claimants in clinical negligence cases relating to adult emergency medicine.

Clinical Experience

Dr Hodgson is an Emergency Medicine Consultant within the NHS. He has held senior leadership roles, including Associate Medical Director and Trust Clinical Lead for Continuous Improvement, demonstrating his commitment to quality and safety within the hospital system.

Dr Hodgson is also a member of the IFEM Quality and Safety SIG and the RCEM Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee.

Further bolstering his expertise, Dr. Hodgson obtained an LLM in Healthcare Ethics and Law from the University of Manchester in 2017.
