Dr Castle has been preparing medico and legal reports for over 24 years. He has prepared reports relating to Risk Assessment and issues concerning the use of Illicit drugs and alcohol, personality difficulties and criminal or antisocial behaviour.

Dr Castle has been reporting for 4 years, averaging 80+ reports per year. With over 1000 cases covering psychiatric and neuropsychiatric aspects of both clinical negligence and personal injury cases. He has a balanced ratio of 50/50 clinical negligence and PI related caseload and can opine on breach of duty condition and prognosis liability and causation.
