Mr Sebastiao is a dynamic and business-oriented Senior Registered General Nurse (RGN) with over a decade of diverse clinical and managerial experience across the UK and Europe. He specialises in Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Best Interest Assessments (BIA), Functional Disability Evaluations and Expert Witness reporting.

He provides reports and case management for individuals with catastrophic injuries, delivering objective clinical assessments to support litigation and rehabilitation planning. He has collaborated with legal teams, clients and Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) to coordinate tailored evidence-based care and optimise long-term outcomes.

Mr Sebastiao maintains up-to-date knowledge of National frameworks, Case law and statutory guidance.
