Dr Jonathan Rajan is a Consultant in Pain and Anaesthesia and an experienced Expert Witness. He has completed the Cardiff University Bond Solon training and completes personal injury and clinical negligence reports for both claimants and defendants, and has had involvement in criminal cases.

Dr Rajan started his medicolegal practice in 2019 and has conducted over 100 assessments and reports since then. He has produced reports covering the full breadth of pain medicine and anaesthesia, commenting on CRPS, spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia, and Cauda Equina Syndrome.

He accepts cases involving condition and prognosis, breach of duty, liability and causation, and has a special interest in neuromodulation and amputation.

Dr Rajan utilises his extensive NHS experience and CUBS training to have an evidence-based approach to medico-legal reports, adhering fully to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35.
